At Pitch Athletic, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and development programs. Your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Program Cancellations
If a program or class is canceled by Pitch Athletic, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.

2. Client Cancellations
Refund eligibility for customer cancellations is as follows:

7 or more days before the program start: Full refund or credit

3-6 days before start: 50% refund or credit

Less than 3 days: No refund, but credit may be issued case-by-case

3. Missed Sessions
No refunds for missed sessions unless due to medical emergencies (documentation may be required).

4. Merchandise
Returns allowed within 14 days of purchase if items are unused and in original packaging.
